## PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are handmade and typically ship within **8–12 business days**.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

## ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

RemiCreatesArt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact **remicreates@outlook.com** immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing begins.
